The final injury reports are in for all 12 games on Sunday, October 18, 2026, and the headline sits at quarterback. Philadelphia has ruled out Jalen Hurts, Baltimore has ruled out Lamar Jackson for a second straight game, and Tampa Bay has ruled out Baker Mayfield, while Chicago heads to Atlanta with Caleb Williams listed as questionable after a full week of practice. Here is every designation that matters, game by game in kickoff order, from the final Friday reports and the roster moves announced on Saturday.

Texans at Jaguars — 9:30 ET, Wembley Stadium, London

Houston rules out three players for the London game: receiver Tank Dell (knee), running back David Montgomery (groin) and safety Jalen Pitre (shoulder), and Pitre and Montgomery did not travel with the team. Linebacker Henry To'oTo'o (shoulder) and cornerback Ja'Marcus Ingram (elbow) are questionable. Jacksonville rules out cornerback Montaric Brown (hamstring) and long snapper Ross Matiscik (shoulder), with cornerback Jaylon Jones (hamstring) questionable. The Jaguars do get safety Eric Murray back with no designation after he cleared the concussion protocol, a clean return after he sat out last week.

Ravens at Browns — 1 ET, Cleveland

Lamar Jackson is out again, as Baltimore ruled out its quarterback with an ankle injury for a second straight game and Tyler Huntley starts in Cleveland. Center Cam Jurgens (concussion), tight end Matthew Hibner (hand) and defensive lineman Broderick Washington (ankle) are also out. Cleveland rules out five players: defensive tackle Kalia Davis (quadriceps), quarterback Dillon Gabriel (back), defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. (ankle), tackle Teven Jenkins (back) and running back Dylan Sampson (knee). The Bears ruled out linebacker T.J. Edwards (hamstring), safety Keyshaun Elliott (quadriceps), running back Kyle Monangai (thumb and toe) and defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo (quadriceps). Cornerback Tyrique Stevenson Sr. (hip) and cornerback Kyler Gordon (calf) are also questionable, and Gordon is in his return window from the physically unable to perform list. Panthers at Eagles — 1 ET, Philadelphia

Philadelphia ruled out Jalen Hurts, officially listed with a calf injury, after a follow-up ultrasound on the superficial blood clot in his calf showed the clot had moved, and Tanner McKee starts at quarterback. Reports on Saturday said the Eagles have no plan to place Hurts on injured reserve. Running back Saquon Barkley (hamstring) is out for a second straight game, and cornerback Michael Carter II (abdomen), edge rusher Jalyx Hunt (knee and ankle) and running back Will Shipley (foot) are also out, with Shipley placed on injured reserve on Friday. Tackles Andrew Thomas (groin) and Jermaine Eluemunor (calf) and edge rusher Abdul Carter (calf) all returned to practice on Friday and are listed as questionable, with the club expecting all three to play. Safety Jason Pinnock cleared the concussion protocol and carries no designation.

Cardinals at Rams — 4:05 ET, Inglewood

Arizona rules out rookie running back Jeremiyah Love (ankle) and safeties Wydett Williams Jr. (concussion) and Andrew Wingard (knee), a rough week for the Cardinals secondary. Safety Budda Baker (groin) is questionable after the injury was added on Friday, joined by linebacker Zaven Collins (hip), safety Kitan Crawford (ankle) and punter Blake Gillikin (back), and Crawford is in his return window from injured reserve. Receiver Devin Duvernay (ribs) carries no designation. Los Angeles ruled out nobody. The Rams listed two late-week additions as questionable, safety Kam Curl (ankle) and cornerback Trent McDuffie (groin), and both starters missed practice on Friday, so the Los Angeles secondary is the one to watch at kickoff.

Twelve games, three starting quarterbacks in street clothes and one extremely tired training staff in Los Angeles. Sunday is going to reward the deepest rosters in football, and the inactive lists land 90 minutes before kickoff for anyone who wants the final word.
