The owner's saved manual Top 25 was restored at 2026-10-11T10:44:06.000Z. No. 1 starts at 100 points, with 0.5 fewer points for each starting rank; No. 25 starts at 88. The rest of the FBS field keeps its frozen reset order and the same spacing. Only verified finals for games kicking off on or after October 17, 2026 (Eastern time) count. Earlier results remain visible but add no points. Wins over Nos. 1–5/6–10/11–25/26–50/51+ earn 25/15/10/5/2 points; losses deduct 5/10/15/20/25. Games already underway at reset use the restored reset-time ranks; later games outside the replay day use immutable verified pregame HSW full-field ranks captured after reset. Unknown opponent ranks leave that game's points pending, never assumed to be 51+. Scores are starting points plus game adjustments, without a 100-point cap or additional record/SOS/conference weights. Higher totals rank first; ties retain starting order, subject to loss-drop and head-to-head rules. A winner ranked one to five spots below its opponent before kickoff must rank ahead of that opponent after the final, even if point totals alone would place it lower.
